HELP MAKE SPAY/NEUTER MORE ACCESIBLE

More people especially the lower income animal lovers would have their pets spayed/neuter if they could afford it.It is the best thing for their health and as well as the animal population.We would to see a program in place for people that need and want to have this done but can;t afford it.Please for the animals and their owners find a solution to help with this program.
